A Little More Information about L.T.
L.T. Standing serves in the Ukrainian Armed Forces fsince 2024. They spent nearly a year on the front lines in 2024, serving with a battalion known as Arey. Their service was awarded several honors including from the President of Ukraine, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and the Brigade Command of UDA. Although they do not want to discuss their time in service, they are known to say:
"It was a good time, during the hardest times."
Military Service
L.T. Standing is a 43-year-old writer who has been writing novels since they were 10. It started with a handwritten novel about teenagers who went to space and lived on Mars. Over the years, their voice has grown stronger as their lived experience has impacted their writing.
"I always wanted to be a writer. Serving in war is what Hemingway recommended to anyone who wants to be a great writer. He lived by that advice. Now I have to."

The 13th Library is a four-book series set to release later in 2026. The Red Orcs is a multi-book series, with books 1 & 2 planned for release in 2027.
Of all the series, the one closest to the writer's heart is Blood & Covenant.
